  • 350 gms flour + 1 tablespoon
  • 8 gms dry yeast
  • 120 gms butter
  • 1 egg + yolk

  • 125 ml of warm water


  • 1 bunch green onions or leeks
  • 10 fresh mushrooms
  • 3  tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

  1. In a small bowl mix the water, sugar and yeast.
  2. Separately, in another bowl grind butter with the flour, add salt, coming up yeast, eggs and knead the dough. It should be soft. Cover and put in a warm place to approach.
  3. While the dough is suitable, prepare the stuffing. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms. Then add the green onions and simmer until then, until the water has evaporated. Salt, pepper.
  4. Our dough has come. Roll out into a rectangle him 35h30 cm, spread the filling over the entire surface of the dough, sprinkle with sesame seeds and turn to roll. Cut the roll into pieces 2 cm wide and spread on a sheet cut side up.
