Stuffed Mushroom Buns-recipe
Ingredients:
- 350 gms flour + 1 tablespoon
- 8 gms dry yeast
- 120 gms butter
- 1 egg + yolk

- 125 ml of warm water
Filling:
- 1 bunch green onions or leeks
- 10 fresh mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, pepper

Directions:
- In a small bowl mix the water, sugar and yeast.
- Separately, in another bowl grind butter with the flour, add salt, coming up yeast, eggs and knead the dough. It should be soft. Cover and put in a warm place to approach.
