  • 400 gr. liver
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 large carrots
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 2  tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 oz. butter (optional)
  • Salt, pepper, paprika to tasty


  1. Heat the oil and fry a little coarsely chopped onions and carrots — a couple of minutes.
  2. Purified from films liver, salt, pepper, sprinkle with paprika, cover with lid and simmer until tender, 15-20 minutes.
  3. Peeled eggs and liver, ready to lay out the processor, twist and add a knob of butter. Done.
  4. You can add garlic frying, who both loves. Stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
