Broccoli, Green beans and Baby Carrots Side Dish Recipe

Broccoli, Green beans and Baby Carrots  side dish is easy in all senses, bright and delicious. It is in perfect harmony with both meat and fish. It also can add boiled potatoes, so it will be more satisfying.

Broccoli, Green beans and Baby Carrots side dish

Ingredients:

  • 500 gms broccoli,
  • 200gms green beans,
  • 250gms baby carrot,
  • 2 cloves garlic (peeled and smashed) ,
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil,
  • juice of half a lemon,
  • parsley
  • salt

Directions:

  1. Put 2 boiled a pot of water, one for broccoli and one for carrots and beans. My all vegetables and herbs. Parse the broccoli into florets.
  2. In boiling water, throw the beans and carrots. Cook about 10 minutes, until cooked .
  3. At the same time cook the broccoli, drop into boiling salted water and cook for about 7-10 minutes, until tender.
  4. Cooked carrots lay on a plate, beans and broccoli leans colander and doused with ice water. Since the vegetables retain their beautiful green color. Cut the beans in tails and cut into 3-4 parts.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan. We squeeze in garlic oil and diminish the heat to very little.
  6. Immediately lay in the pan vegetables and gently stir. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Chopped parsley.
  8. We spread the vegetables in a deep dish, season with salt, add the parsley and lemon juice.
  9. Gently mix.

Bright, fragrant and very useful side dish is ready.
