Chicken Liver Pate — Recipe
- 400 gr. liver
- 2 large onions
- 2 large carrots
- 5 boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 50 oz. butter (optional)
- Salt, pepper, paprika to tasty
- Heat the oil and fry a little coarsely chopped onions and carrots — a couple of minutes.
- Purified from films liver, salt, pepper, sprinkle with paprika, cover with lid and simmer until tender, 15-20 minutes.
- Peeled eggs and liver, ready to lay out the processor, twist and add a knob of butter. Done.
- You can add garlic frying, who both loves. Stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
