Blackcurrant cake recipe

This is вlackcurrant cake is remarkable in that it prepares the most  simple ingredients. Prepare cake for baking takes a maximum of ten minutes. In the original as the filling is necessary to take black currants, but also fit other berries — blueberries, raspberries, etc.

Ingredients:

Pastry:

  • 200 g. flour;
  • 100 g. softened butter ;
  • 80 g. sugar;
  • 1  baking powder.

Stuffing:

  • 150 g. black currant;
  • 200 g. sour cream ;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 80 g. sugar;
  • 1 tsp. vanilla sugar.

Method :

Mix flour, baking powder, softened butter and sugar. I should get a baby. The shape of the lubricating oil, spread on the bottom baking paper. Two-thirds of chips spread in shape without tamping.

Now cream. Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and sour cream. The easiest  way to do it in a blender.

Pour the cream on the crumb. On top put the berries, sprinkle with remaining crumb

Heat oven to 170C.  Bake the cake about 30-40 minutes. We give the finished cake to cool, and you can drink tea.
