Vegetarian mushroom stew recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250 gms  fresh mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 small green peppers
  • olive oil
  • salt, ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Clean  vegetables. Fry the onions in the pan, greased with  olive oil. Add the coarsely chopped mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms.
2. Add red and green peppers, cut into strips and coarsely chopped tomatoes. Add a little water , salt and pepper  to tasty.
3. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
