Red cabbage and Bell pepper Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • head red cabbage 1 kg;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 bell peppers of different colors;
  •  parsley (optional);
  • ¼ tsp. salt;
  • 1 / 4 tsp. sugar;
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar;
  • olive oil.

 

Preparation:

  1. Onions finely cut into quarters. Add boiled water, add the balsamic vinegar, salt and sugar. Leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Cabbage shinkuem. Lightly season with salt. Knead hands to give the cabbage juice and softened.
  3. Pepper cut into strips
  4. Onions (it is first necessary to recline on colander), cabbage, pepper and chopped herbs mix. Refill with oil and add ½ teaspoon of vinegar. If salt is not enough, you can lightly salt.
