Onion Rings Recipe

Onion rings are  yummy appetizers that complement almost any meal.


Now I want to tell you: once you make these, you will not be able to stop eating these until every single last onion ring is gone. So to play it safe, maybe you should just double the batch.

Onion Rings Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 0,5 kg  onions;
  • 100 ml  apple vinegar;
  • ground black pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Onions cut into rings.
  2. Soak onion in 0.5 liters of boiling water, add the vinegar. Leave for 5 minutes. Then the water is drained. Onions spread on paper towels or simply on a plate or board and leave to dry for an hour.
  3. Oven-tray was covered with baking paper. We spread the onion rings. Sprinkle with black pepper. You can sprinkle a pinch of powdered sugar, then the onion rings are a sour-spicy-sweet taste.
  4. Heat oven to 212 F, onions send approximately 2-2.5 hours. Rings should be dry and golden.
