My lenten Recipe: Potatoes and Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 500 g. potatoes,
- 900 g. mushrooms,
- 2 onions,
- 3 garlic cloves,
- marinated tomatoes,
- cranberry.
How to prepare lenten recipe – Potatoes and Mushrooms
Boil the potatoes and cook in a sauce. Add sunflower oil.
Chop the onion finely and fry it until golden brown, add the garlic. Then add the mushrooms and fry until cooked.
