My lenten Recipe: Potatoes and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 500 g. potatoes,
  • 900 g. mushrooms,
  • 2 onions,
  • 3 garlic cloves,
  • marinated tomatoes,
  • cranberry.

How to prepare  lenten recipe – Potatoes and Mushrooms

Boil the potatoes and cook in a sauce. Add sunflower  oil.

Chop the onion finely and fry it until golden brown, add the garlic. Then add the mushrooms and fry until cooked.

Do not unimportant role in the dish and serve.

Ready to put in kremanku puree, buttered. Middle, leaving hollow and fill it with mushrooms. If there is excess fluid in the mushrooms, drain through a sieve.
