Cream Cheese Cherry Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
250 g arugula
1 bunch of Romaine lettuce or the lettuce of the iceberg
250 g of cherry tomatoes.
For the filling: 150 g cream cheese (cream cheese)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley,dill,Basil)
salt, black pepper, coarse ground
1 tsp sugar
half a bunch of green onions

Preparation:
Lettuce leaves, wash in cold water, dry on a paper towel and break into pieces. Tomatoes wash, cut in half and together with a salad to lay out on the plates.
For the filling curd in the cheese add the lemon juice, olive oil and chopped parsley. Mix well. Add salt, pepper and season with sugar. Green onions wash, dry and slice into rings.
Pine nuts fry without adding oil.
For the salad pour the cheese filling with herbs, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper
Sprinkle pine nuts and serve.
