Beetroot, Apple and Walnut Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- Beet baked in foil (can be boiled) — 3 medium pieces
- 1 large red apple
- walnuts — 50 g
- yogurt — 3 tablespoons
- sea salt to taste
Preparation:
- Beets boiled or baked in foil (can be raw)
- Grate the beet.
- Remove the peel of an apple, remove seeds , grate the apple and add to the bowl.
- Nuts knife chop into pieces.
- All the ingredients mix, salt to taste and dressed with natural yogurt.
